EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 5th January 1964
S.O. 114. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Governmentrnment hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , after item 42, the following item shall be added:-
"43. Mica .
2. This amendment shall come into force on the 1st February , 1964 .
