ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th January 1964
G.S.R. 16.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control Order. 1963, namely: —
1. This Order may be called the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control (Amend- ment) Order, 1964.
2. In the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control Order, 1963,—
(i) for sub-clause (2) of clause 1, the following sub-clause shall be substitu- ted, namely: —
"(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.";
(ii) In the Schedule, for the sub-heading "I, Krishna, West Godavari, East Godavari, Guntur, Warrangal and Nizamabad Districts", the sub- heading "I, Districts other than Nellore." shall be substituted;
(iii) In the table in the Appendix to the Schedule, under the sub-heading "A. COMMON RICE.", for item 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
