NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th January , 1964
S.O. 183.- The following Order made by the President on January , 8 1964 , is published for general information :-
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 , of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes , with immediate effect, the following amend- ments in the Government of India ( Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely : - In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule-
( 1 ) under the heading , " Ministry of Industry " , in section " II . Industries and Industrial Development " , after entry 15 , the following entries shall be inserted , namely : -
" 15A . Textiles .
15B . Handloom Industry .
15C . Jute.
15D. Cement . " ;
( 2) under the heading , "Ministry of International Trade" ,
( i) for section, "VI . Textiles " section " VI . Coir Industry " shall be sub- stituted;
( ii ) entries 28, 29 and 30 under section VI shall be omitted;
( lil) section " VII . Village Industries " , and entry 32 under that section , shall be omitted ; and
(iv) under section " IX. All matters relating to the following" , entries 41 ( iv ) , 41 ( v ) , 41 ( viii ) and 41 ( xiii ) shall be omitted ; and (3) under the heading , "Ministry of Steel , Mines and Heavy Engineering " , and sub -heading "B. Department of Heavy Engineering " , entry " 5 . Cement" shall be omitted .
