I declare that Shri YASHWANTRAO BALVANTRAO CHAVAN of 1 , Race Course Road , New Delhi - 11 , has been duly elected by the 22 - NASIK Parliamentary con- stituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Govind Hari Deshpande .
