IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 15th January 1964
SUBJECT :-Import of Machine Tools from U.S.S.R./Yugoslavia during 1964 .
No. 5 - ITC ( PN ) / 64 . Attention is invited to the Ministry of International Trade Public Notice No. 124 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated the 28th September , 1963 , on the above subject .
2. It is further notified for the information of Actual Users that provisions have also been made for import of Machine Tools from Czechoslovakia , Hungary , Poland and G.D.R. for delivery in 1964. The actual users both in the scheduled and non- scheduled sectors should submit their applications for licences for import of machine tools from Czechoslovakia , Hungary, Poland and G.D.R. inin the prescribed form and manner and complete in all respects to the Development Officer ( Tools ) -- Directorate General of Technical Development immediately .
3. Applications for licences for import of machine tools from Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland and G.D.R. under the Capital Goods licensing scheme from actual users may also be made immediately in pursuance of this Public Notice under the normal procedure and a copy of the application may also be sent to the Develop- ment Officer ( Tools )-Directorate General of Technical Development .
