New Delhi , the 15th January 1964
S.O. 246 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13 -B of the Representation of People Act , 1950 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 9 of the State of Nagaland Act , 1962 , the Election Commission hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner , Tuensang District , to be the Electoral Registration Officer for that part of the parliamentary constituency of Nagaland which comprises the Tuensang district of that State .
