S.O. 249.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 and sub-section (1)
at section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with rule 10 of the Delhi Electoral College (Election of Members) Rules, 1958, and In supersession of its notifications Nos. 571/58(1) and 571/58(2), dated the 18th July, 1958, the Election Commission hereby appoints in respect of each of the Delhi Electoral College con stituencies specified in column 1 of the Table below: —
(a) the officer designated In the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said
Table to be the Returning Officer: and
(b) the officer designated in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the said
Table to be the Assistant Returning Officer.
