NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 22nd January 1964
S.O. 331. In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 9 of the Delhi Electoral College (Election of Members ) Rules , 1958 , the Election Commission hereby calls upon each of the constituencies specified in the Delimitation of Delhi Electoral College Constituencies Order , 1958 , to elect, before the 29th February , 1964, a member to the said Electoral College in accordance with the said Rules , and appoints--
( a) the 29th January , 1964 , as the last date for making nominations ;
(b ) the 31st January , 1964 as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
(c) the 3rd February , 1964 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candi- datures; and
(d) the 23rd February , 1964 , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken.

as S.O. 332. In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , read with rule 10 of the Delhi Electoral College ( Election of Members ) Rules , 1958, the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. the hours during which the poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the election to the Delhi Electoral College to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 570/64 ( 1 ) , dated the 22nd January , 1964 .
