NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st January 1964
S.O. 333. No. AP - 84/ 12N / ESS.COMM / Iron & Steel/15 ( 1 ) . The following notification issued by the Iron and Steel Controller under Sub- clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 is published for general information .
" NOTIFICATION
The selling prices of Schedule IV Prime quality steel and Semis and some of the sectional extras were notified in the Notification Nos . S.O. 1817 - AP- 84 / 9N/ ESS , COMM / Iron and Steel / 15 ( 1 ) dated 1st July 1963 and S.O. No. 1804-AP-84/ 9N / ESS , COMM / Iron & Steel / 15 ( 1 ) dated 27th June 1963 published in Part II Section 3 ( ii ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary dated 1st July 1963. In exer- cise of the powers conferred in Sub -clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron and Steel (Control ) Order , 1956 as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Central Government , the Iron and Steel Controller hereby notifies the following corrigendum and addendum of some of the items to the above notifications pub- lished on 1st July 1963.
A. Corrigendum to Schedule IV ( Prime Quality Steel and Semis ) Delete item No. 7 Chequered Plates 6 mm and up Substitute item No. 7 Chequered Plates 10 mm and up .
B. Corrigendum and Addendum to Schedule of Extras .
(1) In Base price Item No. 1 , Sl . No. 10 For 14 to 71 Read 14 to 79 .
(2) For Base price item No. 4 - Plates 10 mm and up. Read-Base price item Nos . 4 , 7 and 8-Plates , Chequered Plates and Boiler Plates-- thickness 10 mm and up .
The general and special conditions of sale remain the same as before .
The above corrigendum and addendum come into effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India and notwithstanding the rates at which an order has been booked or materials paid for shall apply to all deliveries effected on or after that date .
