In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- 'tion 13 - C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, read withwith sub - secsub - section ( 3 ) of section 9 of the State of Nagaland Act, 1962 , the Election Commission hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner ( I ) , Tuensang , to be the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer for that part of the parliamentary constituency of Nagaland which comprises the Tuensang district of that State
