ORDERS
New Delhi , the 30th January 1964
G.S.R. 170.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control ( Amend- ment) Order , 1964 .
2. In the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963 ,-
( 1 ) in Schedule I , under the sub - heading ( b ) , the item and entry " ( lii ) Zamania Tehsil of Ghazipur district " shall be omitted;
(ii) in column ( 1 ) of Schedule III , in item 1 , the entry " Zamania Tehsil of Ghazipur district " shall be omitted.

G.S.R. 171. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Paddy and Rice ( Restriction on Movement ) Order , 1961 , namely: --
1. This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Paddy and Rice (Restriction on Movement ) Amendment Order , 1964 .
2. In the Schedule to the Uttar Pradesh Paddy and Rice ( Restriction on Move- ment) Order , 1961 ,
( 1 ) the entry " Banda " in column ( 2 ) , specified against Block 4 in column ( 1 ) , shall be omitted;
( ii ) the entry " Zamania Tehsil of Ghazipur district " in column ( 2 ) , specifled against Block 9 in column ( 1 ) , shall be omitted;
(iii ) after Block 11 and the entries relating thereto , the following Block and entry shall be inserted , namely: -
