No. 13/ 1/ 64 - Pub.I.- The President being unable to discharge his func- tions owing to an eye operation, the Vice -President will , in pursuance of clause ( 2) of article 65 of the Constitution of India , discharge the functions of the President until the date on which the President resumes his duties .
