SUBJECT - Fivation of quota on the basis of past imports effected against ad - hoc licences not marked as " NQQ " .
No. 9 / ITC ( PN ) / 64 . It is hereby notified for general information of the trade that imports made against ad - hoc licences whether marked " NQQ " or not will not be taken into account for fixation of quota .
3. Paragraph 29 of Chapter 2 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure , 1961 , will be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
