G.S.R. 215.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 1960, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement (Levy) Second Amendment Order, 1964.

2. In the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 1960, in sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the words "Bastar and Seoni", the words "Bastar, Seoni and Mandla" shall be substituted,

G.S.R. 216.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rice (Madhya Pradesh) Price Control Order, 1963, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Rico (Madhya Pradesh) Price Control (Second Amendment) Order, 1964.

2. In the Rice (Madhya Pradesh) Price Control Order, 1963,—

(i) in Schedule I, after item 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely:—

"10. Mandla.";

(ii) in Schedule III —

(1) after item 48 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) to (7), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:—

(2) after the sub-heading "SEONI DISTRICT" and the entries relating

thereto, the following sub-heading and entries shall be inserted,
