In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 2 ) of section 53 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , read with rule 10 of the Delhi Electoral College (Election of Members ) Rules , 1958 , I declare that Shri Raghubir Singh of 1/332 , Jagey Ram Building , Sadar Bazar , Delhi Cantt. , has been duly elected to fill the seat in the above Constituency .
