NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February 1964
S.O. 572.- IDRA / 15 / 64.- Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the industrial undertakings known as Lodna Colliery owned and managed by Messrs , New Standard Coal Company ( Private ) Limited , and Jambad Colliery and East Jambad Colliery , both owned and managed by Messrs . North Adjal Coal Company ( Private ) Limited ( hereinafter referred to as the " undertakings " ) are being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the coal industry and to public interest;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of
(1) Shri A. K. Mitra , Deputy Coal Controller ( Production ) , Calcutta- Chairman;
( 2 ) Shri S. M. Yousuf , Senior Account Officer , Office of the Regional Director , Company Law Administration , "Narayani Building " 27 , Brabourne Road , Calcutta - 1- Member ;
and
( 3 ) Shri Vinod Kumar , Secretary , Coal Board , Calcutta .
