S.O. 574.—In pursuance of section 7 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1D56), the Central Government hereby notifies the resignation of Shri Pranlal S. Kapadia as member of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission.

S.O. 575.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1050, dated the 5th April, 1963, the Central Government hereby appoints alter consultation with the Commission, Shri Akshaya Kumar Karan to "be the Secretary of the Commission.

S.O. 576.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rule 6 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Akshaya Kumar Karan, as a member of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission in place of Shri Pranlal Sunderji Kapadia, resigned,, and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 965, dated the 29th March, 1963, namely:—
In the said Notification, for Serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

I 02 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART H8.0. 577.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rules 13 and 14 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O, 1240, dated the 27th April, 1963, namely:—
In the Table appended to the said notification—
(i) against Serial No. 3, for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"Shri Akshaya Kumar Karan.";
(ii) against Serial No. 27, for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"Shri Pranlal S. Kapadia, "Sunderban", Ghodbunder Road, Vile Parle (West), Bombay."
