8.0. 664.—-The following Order made by the President on February 18, 1964, is published for general information:—
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes, the following amendments In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
In the said Rules—
(A) in the First Schedule, under entry "5. Ministry of Finance", for entry "(iii) Department of Revenue", the following entry shall be substituted, namely,
"(iii) Department of Revenue and Company Law";
(B) in the Second Schedule,
(a) under the heading, "Ministry of Finance", for the existing sub-heading "C. Department of Revenue", the following sub-heading shall be substituted, namely,
"C. Department of Revenue and Company Law";
(g) under the heading "Department of Atomic Energy",
(i) for entry 1(1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely,
