S.O. 725.—AP-84/23N/ESS.COMM/Iron&SteeI/-15(l),—The following Notifi- cation issued by the Iron and Steel Controller under Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order, 1956, Is published for general information:
"NOTIFICATION
The items of Base prices and the Extras were notified in the Notification No. S.O. 2249-ESS. COMM/Iron and Steel—15(1) and 27(1) dated 18th October, 1958, published in Part II Section 3(ii) of the Gazette of India dated 1st Novem- ber, 1958, as amended from time to time. In partial modification thereof, the Iron and Steel Controller in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order, 1956, as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Central Government, hereby notifies in respect of the items of Base prices as mentioned below, the revised sectional extras as indicated against each. The extras mentioned in the Gazette Notification dated 1st November, 1958, as amended from time to time, which are not being supersed- ed now will remain in force as before.

The above extras will take effect from the date of publication of this notifica- tion in the Gazette of India and shall apply to all deliveries made on or after that date notwithstanding the rates at which the order was booked or the materials paid for.
