NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th February 1964
G.S.R. 294. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Ware- housing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation Rules , 1963 , namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Amend ment ) Rules , 1964 .
2. In rule 4 of the Central Warehousing Corporation Rules , 1963 ,—
( 1 ) after sub - rule ( 3 ) , the following sub - rule shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( 3A) The term of office of the managing director appointed under clause (g) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 shall be two years from the date of his appointment. " ;
( 2 ) in sub- rule ( 4 ) , for the words " election or nomination " , " elect or nomi- nate" and " elected or nominated" , the words " election or nomination or appointmappointedet appointment" , " elect or nominate or appoint " and " elected or nomi- nated or appointed " shall respectively be su be substituted.
