No. 43 , Pallonji Mansion , Block ' C ' , New Cuffe Parade , Bombay - 5 , has been duly elected unopposed by the elected Members of the Legislative Assem- bly of Maharashtra to fill the seat in the Council of States fallen vacant on account of the election of Shri Y. B. Chavan to the House of People ,
