SUBJECT :-Import of machinery , components thereof , equipment , other commodities and raw materials from the U.S.A. under the U.S. AID Loan No. 082
No. 19- ITC (PN )/64.-Attention is invited to the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Public Notice No. 62 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated the 21st June , 1963 setting out the conditions applicable to import licences issued under U.S. AID Loan No. 082 .
2. The following amendment to the aforesaid Public Notice is notified :-
In Annexure IV- List of items for which " Notice to U.S. Business" is not required-add the following as a fresh item :-
36. Asbestos Fibre .
