New Delhi , the 29th February 1964
S.O. 820. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Copyright Act, 1957 ( 14 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the International Copyright Order , 1958 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the International Copyright ( Third Amendment ) Order, 1964 .
2. In the International Copyright Order , 1958, in Part I of the Schedule, ( i) against the entry 'Belgium' , the words " and Belgian Congo" shall be omitted;
( li) after the entry ' Republic of Congo ( Brazzaville )' , the entry "Republic of Congo ( Leopoldville ) " shall be inserted .
