NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 4th March 1964
S.O. 821. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 126 J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , I , B. D. Pande , the Administrator , hereby make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 3325 , dated the 29th November , 1963 , namely:-
In the said notification ,-
( a ) in the Table, in column ( 2 ) , after the words and brackets " Circle Inspectors ( Revenue ) " against Serial No. 11 , the words " including Circle Officers " shall be inserted;
(b ) in the proviso , for the words and brackets " and not the Circle Inspec- tors ( Revenue ) in such places " , the words and brackets " and not the Circle Inspectors ( Revenue ) or Circle Officers in such places " shall be substituted .

S.O. 822. In pursuance of sub- rule ( 2 ) of rule 126HH read with rule 126X of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India following in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 2797 , dated the 27th September , 1963 , namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table below the Note , for the entries in columns ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) , against Serial No. 10 , the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Maharashtra
Municipal Corporators , Members of Legis- ( i ) Greater Bombay , Poona and Nagpur
( ii ) Other places
lative Assembly , Members of Legislative Council , Members of Parliament , Justice of Peace or any Gazetted Officer , Gram Sevaks or Assistant Gram Sevaks of Zilla Parishads . "
