S.O. 823. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 318/64 ( 2 ) , dated the 4th March , 1964 , namely :-
In the Table appended to the said notification , for the existing entry in column 3 against item No. 3 , the entry " Shri Manindranath Das Gupta ,Gupta, Assistant Secretary , Bihar Legislative Assembly " shall be substituted .
