ORDER
New Delhi , the 11th March , 1964 .
S.O. 914. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it to make orders under clauses ( c) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the prices , stocks and transport of grass and hay be exercisable in the district of Jhabua of the State of Madhya Pradesh also by the Collector of that district .
2. This order shall remain in force for a period of six months commencing on and from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India .
