G.S.R. 461. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 98 of the Constitution of India, the President , after consultation with the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha ,Sabha, hereby makes the following amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules , under the heading " Class II Non- Gazetted" , after the entries relating to item " 16A. Information Assistant ( Senior) " , the following entries shall be inserted , namemly : -
