EXPORT TRADE CONTROL .
New Delhi , the 12th March , 1964 .
8.O. 918. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 , ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Export ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:-
In schedule I to the said Order,
( 1) in Part A , for item 2 ( c ) and the entry relating thereto , the following item and entry shall be substituted , namely: -
" 2 ( c ) Factory cuttings and mica splittings other than those specified in item 43 of Part B." ;
( ii ) in Part B , in item 43 , after the variety " 21. Black dotted or black spotted and phlogopite splittings " , the following variety shall be inserted, namely: -
"22. Mica scrap and mica waste." .
