SUBJECT :-Import of Machine Tools from U.S.S.R./Yugoslavia/Czechoslovakia/ Hungary /Poland / G.D.R. during 1964 .
No. 23 - ITC ( PN ) /64.-Attention is invited to the Ministry of International Trade Public Notice Nos . 124 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 dated 28th September , 1963 , and No. 5 - ITC (PN ) / 64, dated 15th January , 1964 on the above subject .
2. It is further notified for the information of Actual Users that provisions have also been made for import of Machine tools from Bulgaria and Rumania during 1964. The actualactual users both in the scheduled andand non - schedunon - scheduled sectors should submit their applications for licences for import o machine tools from Bulgaria and Rumania in the prescribed form and manner and complete in all respects to the Development Officer ( Tools )- Directorate General of Technical Development
3. Applications for licences for import of machine tools from Bulgaria and Rumania under the Capital Goods Licensing Scheme from actual users may also be made in pursuance of this Public Notice under the normal procedure and a copy of the application may also be sent to the Development Officer ( Tools)Directorate Generalheral of Technical Development ,
