ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th March 1964
G.S.R. 481.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control Order, 1963, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control (Second Amendment) Order, 1964.
2. In the Rice (Andhra Pradesh) Price Control Order, 1963—
(1) in clause 2—
(i) in sub-clause (1), for the words "the Schedule", the word and figure "Schedule I" shall be substituted;
(ii) for sub-clause (5), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely: —
"(5) For the services specified in column (1) of Schedule II to this Order, rendered by the seller in pursuance of a request made by the purchaser in that behalf, the specified prices of rice shall be increased by the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof."
