NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st March 1964
G.S.R. 568.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1782 , dated the 18th November , 1963 , namely :-
In the said notification , in Schedule I
( i ) under the heading ' Punjab ' , after Serial No. 7 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely:- " 8. The Batala Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd. , Batala , District Gurdaspur . "
( ii) under the heading ' Orissa' , the existing entry shall be numbered as 1 and after that entry as so numbered , the following shall be inserted, namely : -
" 2. The Aska Co -operative Sugar Industries Ltd. , P.O. Aska, District Ganjam."
( lif) under the heading ' Maharashtra' , after Serial No. 31 and the entry rela- ting thereto, the following Serial No and entry shall be inserted , namely:-
" 32. Kumbhi Kesari Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. , Kuditre . P.O. Koparde , Taluka Karveer , District Kolhapur . "
( IV) under the heading ' Andhra Pradesh ' , under ' Part B ' , after Serial No. 11 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely : -
" 12. Shree Vijayalakshmi Sugar Mills , Paidiparru , Tanuku , West Godavari District ."
(v) under the heading 'Kerala' , the existing entry shall be numbered as 1 and after that entry as so numbered the following shall be inserted , namely:-
" 2. The Mannam Sugar Mills Co - operative Ltd. , No. 4324 , Pandalam P.O. , District Alleppey .
