New Delhi , the 1st April 1967
G.S.R. 464. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , namely :---
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Amend- ment Order, 1967 .
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , for the entry in column ( 2 ) against item ( c ) , the entry " Rupees five decimal three ive seven one ( increase ) " shall be substituted .
