S.O. 1128.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Representa- tion of the People Act , 1951 , the ElectionElection Commission, in consultation with the Government of Jammu andJammu and Kashmir , hereby directs that the following amend ment shall be made in its notification No. 434 / J & K / HP / 66 , dated the 7th December , 1966 :-
In the Table appended thereto in column 2 against item 5. Udhampur , for the existing entry , the entry " Deputy Commissioner . Kathua District " shall be substituted .
