G.S.R. 569. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of secttion 26 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that It is necessary in the public interest so to do , herebyby exeexempts Synthetic Fibre Waste ( hard ) , falling under Item No. 53 of the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act, 1934 (32 of 1934 ) , when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon as is in excess of the duty of customs leviable on Staple bre ( excluding yarn ) , falling under Item No. 46 ( 6 ) of the said Schedule .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st March , 1965.

G.S.R. 570. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1982 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that t is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts steel sections and anmachined forgings , falling under Item No. 63 ( 28 ) of the First Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) , when imported into India for the manufacture of track parts for crawler tractors , from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the second metioned Act as is in excess of 20 per cent . ad valorem.
