S.O. 1214.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of International Trade No. S.O. 3605 dated the 30th December , 1963 , the Central Government hereby ap- points Dr. Ram Gopal Agarwal , Deputy Secretary , Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry , New Delhi , to be a member of the Export Inspection Council ,
