New Delhi , the 4th April 1964
G.S.R. 572. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Con- trol ) Amendment Order , 1964 .
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964, in sub- clause ( a ) of clause 2, for the words " Karimnagar and Khammam" the words "Karimnagar, Khammam , Nalgonda and Hyderabad " shall be substituted.
