New Delhi , the 5th April 1967
S.O. 1225. In pursuance of section 12 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Kerala ,of Kerala , to elect , in accordance with the pro- visions of the said Act and the rules and orders made thereunder , three members for filling the seats of the members of the Council of States representing that State who retired on the 2nd April , 1966 , on the expiration of their term of office .
