S.R.O. 14 - E .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Armed Forces ( Emergency Dutles ) Act , 1947 ( 15 of 1947 ) . the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the follov ing services to be services of vital importance to the community , namely : -
Services connected with such operations of vessels belonging to the Bombay Port Trust as are considered by the Flag Officer , Bombay as essential operations .
