NOTIFICATIONS

G.S.R. 608/ESS. Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 6 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1955, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R 263/Ess, Com./Sugarcane, dated the 20th February, 1964. namely.—
In the said notification, for the words "the Chief Commissioner of Pondi- cherry" the words "the Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 609 —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules, 1962, and clause 6 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1963, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1782, dated the 18th November, 1963, n a m e l y :-
In the said notification, in Schedule III, under the heading 'Maharashtra' after Serial No. 32 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely: —
"33. Niphad Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., P.O. Pimpalas, Distt. Nasik."
