EXPORT TRADE CONTROL .
New Delhi , the 9th April 1964
S.O. 1312.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:---
InPart B of Schedule I to the said Order, after item 43 , the following item shall be added: -
"44. Ethyl alcohol or rectifled spirit of any proof degree , whether dena- tured or not . "
