S.O. 1314 ESS . COMM/ IRON & STEEL/ 64.-The following notification issued by the Iron and Steel Controller under Sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron and Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956, is published for general information: -
"NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron ' and Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 , as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Central Government, the Iron and Steel Controller hereby notifies the following amendment to the normal selling price of tin bar as published under Ministry of Steel , Mines and Heavy Engineering , New Delhi , Notification No. S.O. 731 - ESS . COMM / IRON & STEEL / 64 , dated 29th February , 1964, publish- ed in Part II Section 3- Sub- section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 1st March , 1964 :

The general and special conditions of sale will remain the same as before .
This amendment shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and notwithstanding the rates at which an order has been booked or the materials paid for shall apply to all deliveries effected on or after that date .
