S.O. 1315./ESS. COMM/IRON &. STEEL/64.—The following notification issued by the Iron & Steel Controller under Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel (Control) Order 1956, is published for general information:

"NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel (Control) Order 1956, as amended from time to time and with -the approval of the Central Government, the Iron & Steel Controller notifies as hereunder:—

In supersession of the pries notified in Schedule No I of Government of India Notification No. SO 731-ESS COMM/IRON & STEEL/64, dated 29th Feb- ruary 1964 published in Part II Section 3 (in of the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary, dated 1st March, 1964, the following revised prices are notified:

i (A) Schedule No 1—Tmplate--Tht- normal selling prices of all items of Unplates have been uniformly In Teased by six per cent (6%) over the prices notifies in Government of India Notification No. S.O. 731-ESS, COMM/IRON & STEEL/64, dated 29th February, 1964 published In Part II Section 3(ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 1st March, 1964,

The packing charges for tinplates shall be as under:

(a) Tin plate (waste waste) lined cases Rs. 33 50 per tonne.

(b) Bulk Packs Rs. 12.00 Per tonneRate per tonne f . Works, siding Tatanagar— (Rs. per tonnt). 3, Tinplate Waste Waste full size—all gaugei 998 (333)

The above amendments take effect from the date of publication of this notifi- cation in the Gazette of India.
