ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th April 1967
G.S.R. 536.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act . 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Solvent - Extracted Oil , De - Oiled Meal and Edible Flour ( Control ) Order , 1967 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Solvent - Extracted Oil , De - Oiled Meal and Edible Flour ( Contro' ) ( Amendment ) Order , 1967 .
2. In the Solvent - Extracted Oil , De - Oiled Meal and Edible Flour ( Control ) Order , 1967-
( 1 ) in the proviso to clause 4, for the words " thirty days " , the words " sixty days" shall be substituted ;
(il) in thethe Second Schedule , under sub - item ( 4 ) of item 10 , for the words "Indian Standard specifications indicated in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules " , the words " Indian Standard specifications indicated in the Third, Fourth and Sixth Schedules and the standards indicated in the Fifth Schedule " shall be substituted .
