In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1955 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1730/ Ess . Com./Sugarcane , dated the 31st October , 1963 , namely : -
