S.O. 1352.—The following Order made by the President on April 12, 1967, is published for general information: —
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Consti- tution, the President hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amend- ments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
In the said Rules—
(A) in rule 4, for clause (b) of the proviso, the following clause shall be substituted, namely: —
"(b) the responsibility for specified items of business affecting any one or more than one department may be entrusted to a Minister who is incharge of any other Department or to a Minister without Portfolio who is not incharge of any department.";
(B) in the Second Schedule,
(1) under the heading "Ministry of Education",

Legislative Department" thereunder, after entry 15, the following shall be added, namely:— "Other Subjects16. The Muslim Wakfs Act. 1954. 17. Work in respect of Wakf properties under the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950.
10. Administration of Durgah Khawaja Saheb Act, 1955."
