EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 26th April 1967
S.O. 1544. In excrcise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby make the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely: - 1. In Part ' A ' of Schedule I to the said Order , for the existing entry No. 26 , the following shall be substituted : --
"26- Nux Vomica Seeds , Bark , Leaves , Roots , and powders thereof" .
2. In Part 'B ' of Schedule I to the said Order , the existing entry No. 4 shall be omitted .
