NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th April 1967
S.O. 1430. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Preven- tive Detention Act , 1950 ( 4 of 1950 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , No. S.O. 259 , dated the 25th January , 1960 , the Central Government hereby constitutes for the purposes of the said act an Advisory Board consisting of the following persons , namely : -- (1) ThThe Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. S. Hegde , Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court .
(2) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice I. D. Dua.
(3 ) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. R. Khanna ,
2. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. S. Hegde shall be the Chairman of this Advisory Board.
