8.O. 1431. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/MT / 66 ( 11 ) , dated the 9th February , 1967 , namely :-
In the table appended to the said notification, for the existing entries ( v ) and (vii) in column 2 against item No. 8 , the following shall be substituted: ----
(v) Deputy Director of Small Savings , Commissioner's Office ( Bombay Division) ,
(vii ) Special Land Acquisition Officer No. 5.
