NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th April 1967
G.S.R. 578. In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 4 of the Tax Credit Certificate ( Exports ) Scheme, 1965 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 3 / 1 / 65- TC ( E ) dated the 27th September , 1965 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the Table ,
(1) for Serial Number 4 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
"4 Assistant Director Tax Credit (Exports ) , Madras.
All customs stations in the States of Madras , Andhra Pradesh and Kerala and in the Union territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands , Laccadive , Minicoy and Aminidivi Islands and Pondicherry . "
( 11 ) S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted .
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 13th day of April , 1967.
