IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 20th April 1967
S.O. 1446 / IECA/ 3-4A / 2 / 67 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and 4A of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 (18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports (Control ) Order , 1955 , namely :-
1. Short title. This order may be called the Imports ( Control ) Second Amend- ment Order , 1967 .
2. Amendment of Schedule I. In the Imports ( Control) Order , 1955 , in Part IV of Schedule I , the entries under columns 2 and 3 against Serial No. 304, may be substituted , namely: -
